For the last few days, I've been asleep. I can only assume that the drawings I have been doing in that time were efforts of my unconscious mind to keep this unnecessary little countdown going, for reasons I may never understand. What I do understand is the nature of what is to come. I couldn't even begin to explain it. It exists on a scope beyond what I am now. I saw other versions of myself. Timelines that had failed, and I saw the directions they took. I had some realizations about myself and the nature of who I am. In 18 days, I am still going to die. But at least I know what is going to happen to the body I leave behind now.
