YOU CANT DELETE POST BUT WHILE IN YOUR PROFILE U CAN SCROLL DOWN TO YOUR POST AND CLICK EDIT
// btw that psa wasn't targeted directly at u but i saw two untagged posts back to back and had to say something lol. you can go to your profile and there's an edit button next to your posts, but keep in mind there's no way to edit replies yet. there's also no way to delete posts without deleting the entire account it seems
