I have returned to LOIAD recently. There are fresh towers, as of yet unexplored, and with the powers that I have been granted by dutifully scaling my echeladder, the ink will be dispatched without much issue. The consorts of my land have begun to erect shrines in my honor, and each village I have come across has elected their own "prince" to act as their emissary to me. This is much more complicated behavior than I thought them capable of, which is likely just showing my biases against their frivolous behavior in the past. It has been useful, though, as the individuals they have elected to use as intermediaries are of slightly less silly disposition and thus are capable of pointing me towards fresh sidequests and pockets of monster resistance that I've yet to conquer. I intend to return to the battlefield with Odwinn and Acaruh soon, assuming we can make progress on Acaruh's quest to apotheosis. If she remains resistant, I will simply go with Odwinn, and she can regret the consequences all she likes later. The Dersite plot appears to be progressing well. I trust our man on the inside not to take undue risks. He should try to give us better updates on his efforts, though. #gameupdates
