its normal to freak out whenever someone is gone for too long right? like someone goes somewhere without telling you the exact details of where theyre going and what theyre doing and when they arent back within a very short time frame you start shaking really bad and you throw up from how dizzy you feel and your heart is beating super fast thats perfectly normal right????

understandable to be anxious when someone you care abouts gone for an extended period of time. ask yourself two thing's 1. is there any way to contact them 2. is there anything you can do about it if you cant contact them if one of these is yes, you can do something about it. take deep breath's, chill, and follow through if theyre both no, take deep breath's, try not to think about it, and find something to do in the meantime until they get back. no use stressing over something you cant change, better to just be patient. if its for way too long, maybe then go looking for them and do something about it. but otherwise try and just occupy yourself in the meantime
yeah i really need to get good at that distracting myself thing the current routine is sitting by the door to listen for his footsteps or looking out the windows to see if hes there and also googling possible murders or car crashes or explosions in the area which really doesnt help hahahaha hauughhh i need a fucking hobby
