i'm not the most well-versed guy when it comes to the finer nuances of depression, but is waking up every morning feeling like i've been chained to the wall of a filthy gas station restroom with half my limbs missing ala the opening act of a saw™ movie supposed to be a regular occurrence? because if that's the baseline, i have some follow-up questions.
