I believe it has aspects of it though usually were more amorous on the 17th of March!
based on what i know about valentines, not exactly! there's some courtship aspects four SURE but it's also not as if every jape that happens today is romantic.

Well there is tell of a sort of mythical figure known as Patrick who some say was the first leprechaun! Though I don't know about all that! It's just sort of a day where we show our romantic affections towards each other! Cards and chocolate that sort of thing!
I had 8een wondering as much. I wished to avoid any jests or interactions tonight 8eing misinterpreted as unsolicited advances toward your kind. As an alien who has had to explain our quadrant dynamics to humans on more than one occasion, I have found that such misunderstandings are surprisingly common. Humans, in particular, seem quite inclined to offer themselves as a shoulder to lean on, entirely unaware that 8y troll standards, they may 8e treading rather close to pale courtship.
If they were all romantic, the universe would have ended by now.
I did not mean to suggest that they would 8e uncontrolla8ly driven 8y romance. That would 8e an unfair assumption to make. It would imply a lack of agency over their own emotions, which I do not 8elieve to 8e a polite assumption on any given species on knows little of.
