it did, don't worry. i kind of had to do it myself but it's ok. things just sort of have to "catch up", chittr exists in a weird like, dead zone where posting between retconned realities can happen and create a sort of "lag" on one end. hence the posts of gloomy on the beach happening even while i was already back there bouldering the guy before he could touch her. it's weird.
retconning does not create splinter timelines, no. the side that never happens is completely erased, retroactively, and the only people who remember it are the people who were there to witness it, which is... basically everyone on chittr, besides the culprit himself and gloomy.
