Typically, someone giving a Heart and Diamonds means they like your post a lot.The Heart is to express liking or loving. Sometimes just the Diamond means they Pity your post, which can be sympathy or just ...well, pity. The Spades and Clubs at the same time mean they especially didn't like your post, the spades means they hated it, and the clubs sometimes means "whoa there, that needs some rethinking" as a "mediating" expression.
