I do not allways keep my ancient disciplline routines from my lliving days anymore. But the appeall persists, the cllarity of mind the pain can ellicit can be desirablle. Such as the feelling of the sparks and embers of the forge falling upon mine fllesh, smoulldering upon my carapace. The burn brings focus. The focus lleads to refinement, and refinement brings out the best of my work.
