Fruits and veggies. (If the kid hates the veggies, you can sneak em past in a smoothie or sauce) Pasta. Mac and cheese, spaghetti and meatballs, etc, are easy to do homemade. And also where you can sneak those veggies in. Cut up big pieces into bite-sized, not choking hazard sizes. Fruit juice, but water it down so they don't get too much sugar. Yogurts. Puddings. Mashed. Potatoes. Kids love mashed potatoes. ONE sugary cereal. Oatmeal. Foxtrot and Lark prefer Farina, but any warm cereal'll do in a pinch. That's all I got for basics rn.
