I have a question for all of you SBURB/SGRUB-heads. Bullet-time (as seen in The Matrix). Which aspect would have access to an ability like that?

I'd say like, Time or Space, no? Being able to slow their speed could be done with manipulation of gravity, but like Time makes the most sense. You can literally stop time for them or slow them down or speed yourself up.
⦓ Aspect alone probably isn't enough to tell! Sure, Time, Mind, those seem the obvious choices, but... Depends on the Class, too! A Space player of the right aspect ﴾certainly not me﴿ could perhaps compress or expand the space in such a way to cause a similar effect. A Witch or Heir, perhaps? A Hope player of strong enough power may be able to simply wish it into being, a Light player, maybe a Knight ﴾as they are known to exploit or sharpen their aspect﴿ perhaps could find that their "luck" allows them to visualise things in such a manner... Truly, there is a lot of overlap. I can even see it for perhaps a Prince of Doom or somesuch, wherein they are destroying the doom that the bullets represent...

time is obvious. mind might be able to speed up (ognition to the point of per(eiving ever7thing super slow like that. breath might be able to do super speed, too. and hope (an do whatever the fu(k it wants.
