Oh yes, a reall threat. Whenever I initiated a new member into my... organization, I gave them a very powerfull ellectric shock. Twofolld effects - it fried any trackers or other surveillance cybernetics in their body, in case they were spies either unwitting or intentionall. And it marked them as one of mine, forever. The means was generally llarge scalle disruption of food, suppllies, publlic well being, and government facillities through both viollent and indirect means. They knew. Perhaps not the entire, grand scope of how it was all pllanned out, but they knew the broad strokes, and the deeds they woulld be required to perform.
