Paint all over my hands that I can't rinse off. Whoever called this "art THERAPY" had a real sick sense of humour.
Tried taking up art therapy. I didn't like how it looked and that stopped me from enjoying the process so I punched the canvas. This sucks.
thats how i felt about it at first too. the trick is to keep doing it anyway out of spite for the canvas.
