Not exactly, but we do pass down genes when reproducing. If it's a blood flavor your wanting it would differ from person to person likely off their diet, with minimal exceptions all humans bleed red. Im quite sure the flavor would be similar for each human though I don't have the refined pallet you have. There's a possibility that due to different genetic nature every human has a distinct flavor. Either way it is unfortunately not as easy as it is to judge as trolls might be at least from a flavor sense.
