i have mixed feelings about my tummy / on the one hand fat is good and healthy / and i like my big thighs / on the other hand / i like feeling more in shape then this / there's nothing wrong with fat / i just don't know if i want it for myself

D --> My recommendation is to try not to focus too much on how you 100k now
D --> Focusing on the present makes it harder to think of the future
D --> Instead 100k toward how you want to appear, and do your best to achieve this
D --> Start with small and easy tasks that can fit into a routine without causing undue stress
D --> These little steps will make it easier to later take the larger ones toward achieving your goal
D --> Remember that there is no moral failure to be had in one's appearance, nor is progress of any kind ever easily achieved
D --> Failing to achieve your goal the first time, or the second, or the third, is normal
D --> But so long as you keep trying to take steps, you will event001y make progress
D --> Even if occasionally you have to take breaks to breathe
D --> Even if it was only a single step you took
D --> At least then you will have taken it, and achieved something for yourself, however small
