<action; statement input; statement: that sounds |ike a |ie action; query input; query: why wou|d they waste the resources on either maintaining mu|tip|e he|mstro||s to rotate or on having ship power off|ine for periods of time? />
My fleet values consistent performance. A bolted helm operates at less than 60% efficiency compared to a psychologically healthy helm. A rotation ensures peak peformance is maintained at all times and in the unfortunate event of helm expiration - which in most fleets would leave a ship adrift. I am an ally.
<action; query input; query: & do you have a he|m rotation? input; query: if so, how many he|mstro||s per ship? />

there iz a r0tati0n?
We maintain two helms per ship, rotated every three blinks. The secondary helm still functions to power the ship during their off-rotation, but is given shorter shifts and access to their bunk for the duration. I am an ally.

I have elaborated on my profile. We may continue our conversation there. I do not wish to impose on the notifications of Warmblood. I am an ally.
