Your name is JADE HARLEY, and for the past 100 years or so, things regarding you have been pretty weird. Or was it within the last 50? You can't really tell when it was that this happened to you, what with the transformation coming with some not-so-fortunate gaps in your memory. Oh right- context. Winning the game came with all of its standard ups and downs, but after the preparation phase of the planet had been done and dusted for a long time and it was thriving... everyone just kind of went their separate ways. It happens all the time with friendships, especially if you and your friends happen to be pseudo-immortal gods with too much free time on their hands after effectively reestablishing their home planet to the best of their ability. But Jade has never been one to handle solitude well, not to mention after she figured they'd simply be hanging out and doing fun stuff together forever. I mean, they DID do that for a while... but they had to get back to their own lives at the end of the day. And she's never been one to be pushy. Everyone retreated into their own personal spaces, doing god knows what... and leaving her alone again. Thankfully, she had plenty of time to further delve into really whatever topic crossed her mind. The technology and metaphysical sciences regarding SBURB were always somewhat fascinating, at least to this Jade. So with boundless free time at her doggy fingertips, she dove headfirst into figuring out everything that there could possibly be to know. The collection of information left from the old Earth served to assist in her endeavors as well... The only issue was that she'd gotten far, FAR too engrossed into what was basically, research and development on the fundamental concepts of science and tech within the scope of her universe. The longer she went, the longer she went without properly caring for herself even if the excuse was always that she doesn't need to. She thankfully had schedules in place to give her time to eat in that orbiting space station of hers otherwise she'd have died of starvation at least once, and she kept missing or outright omitting dates her friends would send to her for them to spend some time together. Her pursuit of knowledge only served to isolate her more from those she wished to see more of. When she finally sifted through everything that she had learned, and attempted to get to the truth of the matter... the methods of which she attempted to access said truth somehow spurred a grimbark transformation out of her, entirely of her own will and no one elses. Her height and muscle mass increased, much did the areas that were covered in blank white fur, along with... other things. The transformation also served to break down her psyche just a tiny bit. She's still all there though... mostly. Her discoveries also led into her pioneering the tech industry on the planet that she had made with her friends all those years ago, generally raising the standard of living planet-wide. Yet despite that unchanged bubbly façade, is one that is much more discreet, much more cunning and much more tantalized by the idea of stretching the limits of what a "god" may be allowed to get away with with no real repercussion attached. In secrecy, an innocuous pair of gloves were created that would allow Jade the direct ability to interfere with ones mind however she may see fit. What's more though, contact with this device leaves a permanent mark on your brain.
