okay, i know i have edited a post before. but can someone please remind me of HOW to edit posts/replies on here?
((Only original posts can be edited. If you messed up a reply, you're out of luck.
((Go to the post in your profile and there should be a thing that says "edit" next to your name. You can't edit replies, though
okay, but then, how do i edit an original post? i don't see any setting, tab, button or anything when i go to the timestamp for the original post :/
((Like damz said on replies. For OP's you go to your profile's version of the feed and there will be an edit button along the top of the post.))
((Should just say "edit" next to the name. ((But I've found that for some reason, you have to be on the very original version of the post. So if you make a pinned post and then a couple days later you realize you forgot something, you have to scroll allll the way through your posts from the past few days in order to edit the original version. You can't just press "edit" on the one that's pinned 😭
yep! i found it! it blended in right next to the name, and even had the same color and font size, so i was looking past it, entirely
