It had been ages. The Condesce had seized the upper hand from the players and quickly mobilized their former friends to wipe them out entirely, which they did with ease. It honestly was more a massacre than a real fight, as they stood no chance against the Maid and Witch’s combined strength. With those pesky players finally disposed of, )(er Imperious Condescension saw it fit to resume her endless reign over a new planet. A New Alternia. Centuries would pass, the Heiress and the Attack Dog being right beside )(er in her continued rule and conquest before an assumed spy removed the Heiress out of the picture entirely through an attempted act of mind-honey adjacent self sacrifice. She couldn’t have known the lengths Jade went to following her untimely demise, as she’d been torn in half before she ever had the chance to react. In any normal circumstance, this would have surely been the end for such a vile goddess, even if through no real choice of her own. And for a fairly long time, it was. Through the interference of a certain… doctor, however- she and the Condesce were reborn. Left to lay in stasis for as long as he might’ve wished for it, until a heist was done to prevent said doctor from defying the natural way of things got out of control… And the Heiress finally reawakened once more. After the forced participation in a grueling battle pertaining to said doctor, the condesce died, was revived, and then swiftly perished again before the Maid put on the Ring of Void amidst a time when everyone was distracted. The Ring relocated the grief-stricken Maid and the corpse of her motherly figure to an abandoned warehouse that was connected to a luxury hotel in Midnight City, clearly winding down its operations for the night. The Maid walked up to the nearest and lowliest employee before facing the sharp end of her trident directly at their face. "You are to acquire a key to the most deluxe suite you have in this god-forsaken building, give it to me, and make my presence known to no one for as long as I may be here. If you are to disobey this command, I will end the lives of every single other member of the staff before finally killing you, so that you may ruminate with the understanding that all of that was your fault. Do I make myself... crystal fucking clear?" They nodded anxiously without saying a word and did as she asked, tossing the room key over to her in a jiffy. "Much appreciated."
