I kno+w I just po+sted abo+ut sewing, but there's really no+thing mo+re satisfying than the feeling o+f smo+o+thly feeding fabric into+ the needle. It really can't be replicated as far as I can tell.
I would imagine. I'm unfortunately a poor seamstress. My usually nimble and dexterous hands seem to grow weak and cumbersome the moment I'm holding thread and needle.
It would oppose my philosophy if I were to use an electric alternative when millions of others before me were able to make do with just the bare necessities.
Difficult. Thankless. But fulfilling to some extent. I miss luxuries and conveniences. But I am better off.
