I ≈ould argue that there is some truth to the inner peace. Unfortunately I have ≈alked a similar path to this monk but on my o≈n. Inner peace looks different for everyone. I find myself at peace the most during the heat of battle, a trance or state of being, I suppose. So you don't have to meditate for hours. Many paths to enlightenment
