bit of a (brief-ish) character bio for riesen: ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------- (note that this takes some creative liberties regarding the jade caste and their roles, not everything lines up 1:1 with what we see from canon) Riesen Antwit (she/her), 13 sweeps old Works on the Alternian colony planet of Aistea as a gardener for a blue-blooded business troll named Zanari Zanris. What kind of business does he do? It is a mystery... She's a huge fan of the horror romance series whose title is often shortened to "Rainbow's End," which spans about 15 books and follows the budding pitch relationship between a rainbow drinker named Aliane and Resmea, the hunter tasked with destroying her. She writes a lot of fanfiction about this series. On the surface she appears to be a bit of a nightdreamer, seeming a bit lost in her own head. She fancies herself a teacher and often likes to give lectures to the plants under her care-- and her quadmates, too. Another fantasy of hers, which she'll never tell another living troll, is to become a rainbow drinker. But obviously, that's just a fantasy.
