Eat. Consume.
the ache is waking up again. ordinary provisions just feel like ash on my tongue now. i sit by the glass and trace the invisible lines on everyone walking by, watching the faint, pulsing rhythms right beneath their collars. the hunger doesn't disappear, it just gets agonizingly specific.
if you cut along the right seam, the noise stops completely. just a quiet, heavy sweetness left behind delectable
the copper humming has finally stopped. everything feels much quieter now. i think i found the center. it was... much softer than the exterior led me to believe.
everything in the pantry tastes like gray dust. i just need to crack something open. i need the warm, bright center. just one bite.
the air reeks of copper today. my teeth itch.
salivating again. the lowbloods smell entirely too sweet today.
