In our data across thousands of sessions, we realized that frogs are the most evolutionarily compatible creature across all species; amphibious, easy to track, not particularly fast, and simple to care for and easier to breed. This makes them the perfect organic component for the Final Mission and in turn the reward. It is the closest we can get to an almost universally aligned creature that isn't a temporal anchor.
