He is a seadweller because I love to solely go against lore, as you can see with my other oc @rancidNarcissist. (I am aware that only highbloods can be seadwellers, and it doesn't bother me a bit that my oc is different) Lumine is still actively having lore written for him alongside Ratune, so in general, these two OCs are still being written and may still be a work in progress with how they display emotions or anything else.
