Is that really productive to a flourishing empire? If you're going through a population decline, or are otherwise really desperate for more hands on deck, then I don't think "funnel more trolls into watching porn" and "laugh at all the people who develop a porn addiction" are actually conducive to beneficial outcomes. Sure, the latter's good for your personal enjoyment, but then what? You get a cheap laugh, boom, it's over. I don't think you understand me as well as you think you do. I don't give a shit if everyone hates me, or if I die a sad, miserable loser like I'm probably destined to.
