I'm becoming a bit more of a stable alcoholic again. This past year I've been alternating between binge drinking and trying to be disciplined, but since starting this vacation I've been maintaining a decent buzz without getting too blasted. My liver probably can't tell the difference, but I'll die long before that ever catches up to me. #substance #substance-abuse
