loUd, certainly, bUt i find the noise sort of blends together, like a strong wind. crowded as well, thoUgh that depends on the city and time of day. there's so many little shops and big shops and pretty bUildings, it's qUite lovely. personally, i prefer a smaller city! a bit qUieter, bUt still within walking distance of all sorts of things. earth c is a bit different than earth a, thoUgh, so yoUr mileage may vary!
