ok well an actual recipe in thiss one, then sseparate 2 eggss, you'll only need the yolk. add 2 teasspoonss of your acid of choice (i like white wine vinegar. but fressh lemon juice iss a good choice) mix that together well. add ssome ssalt to tasste (ussually a pinch iss enough.) then, sslowly add 3/4 cup of olive oil while sstirring quickly. you can usse 1 whole cup of oil if you want it a thinner conssisstency.
