I’ll be honest. I was not expecting one (⒈) of the game’s inevitabilities to come KNOCK-KNOCKING at my METAPHORADOOR to have a well-angled hit at his Psyche. For someone who sits at the precipice of TOTAL OMNISCIENCE, you would presume he knew himself well enough. It’s the Facilitator of Fate himself. You guessed it. It’s *THE* DOC SCRATCH. (CROWD GASP?!) Or at least, one of the well-dressed cueballs that take calculated promenades on the Chittr platform. To you, I bow adjacently and tip my shades. I welcome you to my Hive. Let’s Take A Gander at Doc Scratch! (The CROWD CHEERS, as they were DESTINED TO.) I’ll try not to rely too heavily on my Sgrub Documents. Rather, I want to understand what makes this particular Doc DIFFERENT from the others, from the STANDARD, peculimonikers aside. To those who might not already know, this lusus white fellow is a FIRST GUARDIAN, spawned across countless universes as violent Alternia’s Founder and Host to the Lord that will enter this Universe through him. ALL GOOD TUXEDFOLK MUST COME TO AN END. Much like the rest of his ilk, he revels in his eventual use as a host to a Big Green Killing Machine. (Catholic) Doc Scratch’s defection from the Purist Timeline begins from how he makes use of this platform. He treats it like a micro☎ to the world, verbally observing the happenings of Chittr. He stands on his pedestal and masterfully weaves his strings, trying to exert his knowledge and poise over the people. There is a level of condescension that you pick ↑ from his means and methods. That isn’t mentioning the league of subordinates he has claimed in his Pool Table, which is a sudden ← turn in a windingly straight highway. If you look close enough, you’ll find that it is very much a PRETENSE. What he just crocheted, folks, is an !! ATTENTION !! SWEATER. A blatant contrast to the Scratch that delicately plants his influence where it is required. He does it somewhere where Everyone (⒈) is Looking. But that’s PRECISELY WHAT HE WANTS. If one wanted to get to the point, they would stride headlong into the mas-ses and utter their presence. Under almost all circumstances, that someone should not be Doc Scratch. It’s Oxymoronic. Scratch’s poise cannot deter me from the fact he’s now a suscept to contingency. Perhaps it’s the WANT, WANT, WANT taking mount, but he dabbles quite often in the thoughts of the MORTAL. Geese, I really don’t like being so PURPLEPROSEY about the ordeal, but a certain line is crossed when you openly state you wouldn’t be repulsed at the thought of GETTING WITH YOURSELF. I mean, I’m sure a lot of people don’t mind either, but this is a ★k contrast to the level of tact he wants to bring to himself. At the same time, it makes me wonder: why do you stoop to the level of the people to achieve your ‘goal?’ As the orchestrator of eventuality, bearer of time like the ticking and tocking you so elegantly remind us, why do you let yourself get ba★dized by tongues and teeth? Do you, too, WANT TO BE SOMETHING? You know your PURPOSE in the story, but you constantly belie yourself. You as-sert yourself as something far above the mortals you’ve made but shudder at one of the many possibilities of yourself. Don’t lie——none of this is meant to happen. You’ve already distorted the mission and this is the outcome. I think it’s because, DEEP DEEP ↓, further than the celestes that power you, you’re itching to be a person and not a plot tool. Have you noticed yet? You’re becoming raw. You’re giving into your flesh. Perhaps you have already. (SUSPECTED CLAS-SPECT: VARIABLE IN MULTITUDES AND SIMULTANEOUSLY INAPPLICABLE. You, GOOD/CATHOLIC DOC SCRATCH, prominently represent the PRINCE OF VOID, one who destroys uncertainty with uncertainty to forge your End Goal; one who destroys mystery with mystery to be witnessed in spectacle.
