UPON ADDING ADDITIONAL INGREDIENTS, NAMELY A BIT OF COCOA POWDER AND SUGAR, IT IS NOT THE WORST THING I HAVE EVER HAD! A NOTABLE IMPROVEMENT. IT IS CERTAINLY A DECENT BASE, THOUGH PERHAPS MY PROBLEM IS THAT I TEND TO FREEZE MOST OF MY TOFU FOR COOKING APPLICATIONS RATHER THAN BAKING! POST REPLY.
