With no voting or debate happening in Earth C's Grand Hall today due to laws and regulations surrounding snap elections, we've decided to open the live music and comedy lounge to the public. First and second drinks will be free, but there will be no entertainment unless a band or wannabe comedian decides to show up.

I will be present, for those wondering. However, I will not be partaking in any alcohol.
You've made a huge mistake here, Scratch. The debate and voting for that bill is Friday, not Wednesday. The Grand Hall will be open for that, we've even had some members of The Felt present themselves as possible candidates Post-Scratch. (See what I did? I think it's clever!).

As previously stated, I do not plan to partake in any alcohol consumption. However, if my fellow constituents would find it helpful or at all clarifying, I may be willing to partake in a shot of alcohol as long as it is after 5:00.

if by drinks y0u mean alc0h0l then i might maybe c0nsider p0ssibly c0ming.
It's a live music and comedy lounge, there's definitely alcohol, and those are part of the free drinks. Constituents who show proof of having voted in today's snap elections also get an option of a third drink free or a snack.

h0w d0 i get pr00f 0f v0ting.
Vote at one of the many signposted voting stations, and you'll be given a receipt for having voted. Just bring that.
