For the record, effects that suppress innate powers have no effect on powers granted by external technology. So that's a clear advantage my Knight belt has over whatever KR's Another Rider nonsense is doing under the hood.

That looks like a fucked-up timeline. Which is to say: I didn't know any version of the Mayor liked Kamen Rider.
Your timeline must be extremely divergent from what's typically seen, then. Being the Roaring Knight, I AM a Kamen Rider. An impersonator recently appeared on this site, so I've been developing a form change. Since my aesthetics are already based on the Ryuki cast, in particular its secondary rider (from whom my title is taken), I have bestowed the name and design language of "Survive Form" upon it.

If nothing else, tonight has further strengthened my convictions that a 2-in-1 Kamen Rider where multiple users occupy the same suit is inherently a shitty concept. It was bad when Den-O did it, it was bad when W did it, and the less said about Zi-O Trinity the better.

Tokusatsu, actually. And more to the point, I'm #vagueposting about you two. A single Kamen Rider should not consist of more than one person. It results in poor combat performance and awful aesthetics, and is, in the vernacular of the youth, "cringefail."
My combat performance has been pretty killer so far. Figures that you'd just suck ass at cooperating.

Well duh, skipping to the final boss would be stupid as fuck. Obviously farming the weaker ones for experience until we reach the level cap is better.
You believe yourself to be living an RPG. In fact, you're living an STG. Level grinding is not a meaningful concept; there is only practicing individual patterns and getting good.
You have to turn up the difficulty to Lunatic in order to get practice with Lunatic-difficulty patterns. Fighting nothing but fodder does not help.
We're taking a break from kicking ass. This is great though now that I've gotten over the initial shock. I can just beat up these fake guys without hurting anyone that's actually real, and I feel... powerful. It's awesome. Once it got the ball rolling, it let me take over the controls. It's like Dragon Blazers and baseball had sex and had a baby, and then that baby grew up to be a smoking hot babe. ALSO!!! I can fucking make weed??? Like I just thought about it and a badass obsidian bong appeared along with some weed. Not sure how to smoke it yet, haven't figured out how to take the helmet thing off... especially since it just feels like it's literally my head.
To take the helmet off, remove the belt. The armor remains manifested as long as the belt is attached, even if the capsule it contains is removed.
There IS no belt. ...Actually, it's barely even proper armor. It doesn't have proper plating or joints or anything, it just kind of moves around my body like if water were released in zero gravity or something. Except instead it's like. Obsidian or whatever. Some weird crystal or rock anyway.
As the designer of the Knight System, allow me to explain. When used as intended, the belt is equipped with a capsule. This capsule contains a Shadow Crystal: the so-called "power of broken dreams," infused with the determination of the wielder. But rather than a typical Shadow Crystal, this one is *etched*. The wings of a monarch butterfly aren't actually pigmented, but because the surface's fine structure has microscopic spacing of just the right wavelength, it appears colorized to the eye. The same principle applies here. The data of the armor is encoded upon the crystal, then projected onto the Rider's body. To prevent the prospective Rider from becoming completely subsumed by their own dream, a protective layer is added. This is the purpose of the capsule itself: it prevents the soul from being tampered with, while enabling the benefits of tampering with it to be enjoyed at reduced power. If you've ever observed me in combat, you may notice that despite being a Lord of Heart, I sometimes exhibit abilities associated with the aspects of Space or Rage. This is because the Crystal I'm using literally contains those abilities. The purpose of the rest of the belt is to draw power from the DETERMINATION that the Crystal is formed from, and project the data engraved upon it onto the wearer. In so doing, the Rider performs a henshin, and gains a layer of armor constructed of living darkness, whose form is encoded upon the crystal. You may notice that the color scheme of your suit resembles a Titan; this is because the process of transformation is akin to creating a dark fountain localized entirely around the Rider's body. As such, your form is exactly the same inside and outside of a dark world. It is as if we are an in-between state, dancing on the border of light and dark.
What the fuck is a Shadow Crystal? A Titan?? And god, even when you're not specifically my version of my mom, you still NEVER LISTEN!!!!!!! There IS NO BELT. Clearly whatever is going on here is ENTIRELY DIFFERENT to your STUPIDER and LAMER thing!!!!!!!
A Shadow Crystal is exactly what I described it as. A Titan is a nonsapient destructive force that is created as the result of making a dark fountain inside of a dark world. And if you'd pay attention, you'd understand that I'm describing the system as it's INTENDED to be used. The absence of a belt, therefore your inability to turn it off, is a problem to solve.
