Okay. Ceruleans are the underdogs of the bulgeworld by far. They are surrounded on both sides by the vastly more powerful indigo and the texture-surprise of tealbloods. Meaning that they are more often sought out for their nooks. Imperial reports show that 64% of Ceruleans tend to receive bulge rather than give it. This number is 8 squared, fun fact. Here are a list of my favorite cerulean bulge mutations so far: 1: Webbing Genmat. There are ceruleans that have thin strands of genmat that shoot out in addition to their usual that are not only sticky, but virile in droves. Some have even learned how to control them, just to talk to me, which I find to be sweet. 3. Cerulean biology is most prone to synthetic replacement failure due to their unique oxidization rates. This also means that they can incidentally rust through bulge rings that should be 'rustproof'. 4. Ceruleans with psionics tend to be overly hormonal. This is because their psionic bulbglands in their pan also tend to press on other related glands that result in higher sex drive and body hair growth. 5. Twin Ceruleans can be born with linked nervous systems psionically! Unrelated to everything else I'm bringing up. 6. Imperial Void-Navigation Ceruleans' bulges almost always point north. 7.
