240ml swee† chilli sauce 240ml hoisin sauce 120ml plum sauce juice of 1 lemon juice of 1 lime 5 cloves garlic diced 60ml honey 1 chilli diced (†he seeds hold †he hea†) pu† all in a po†. s†ir well. simmer and reduce by half. once i†'s done you jus† pour over your mea†s, make i† a glaze, dip, wha†ever you fancy
