There's a few ways. If it's recent, rinse in cold water, then you can get it with soap and water, alternate soap and warm water, then cold water, then soap and warm water. If you have stain remover or hydrogen peroxide, these are useful, but you _can_ do it with just soap if not. White vinegar can also work, if you soak it in that for half an hour or so. Repeat as needed. If the stain is set in, soak the item in hot water with oxygen bleach, if you have it. If not, then soak in hot water for an hour, then cold water, then try the soap and water method, perhaps with white vinegar. It may or may not work. Set-in stains are harder.
