Treated myself today. Beet salad with arugula, apples, goat cheese, walnuts, and balsamic vinaigrette, served with a fresh lemon asparagus risotto. Paired with a glass of Pinot Grigio of course. Luxury could be of your own creation, if you have the dedication to see it through.
