Practicing gravity spells, today. This one can render a fully mature flutterbear groundbound now!
No, no! At worst, the beast is likely frustrated by the tactic. But testing one's abilities oft requires a target, and what more convenient than something that would like to make you its meal?
Oh, the spell isn't permanent by any means. Simply a temporary feeling, like one larger than you pressing their weight down 'pon the corpus. She's likely already airbound again, the spell has a proximity limit.

Mmm, perhaps I was overly expectant in my haste- I haven't even shared a thing about myself. Here, I'll amend my slight. My moniker is that of Lila Starglimmer! I am well-to-do among my kind, being in line for the illustrious position of Archmage- A leader among my people, and magically adept by expectation! I fancy myself a Druid on occasion as well; I just love fussing and meddling with technology, regardless of my true calling. What else, what else... Oh! I like games. I very much so like games. Ack- Here, maybe this will quench any curiosities! And hopefully foster new ones! [A photo is attached to the post of what seems to be a mildly messy workshop of sorts, only most everything seems to be either made of or covered in plant life. A computer with vines making up the edges of its screen, a ceiling lamp made (or full) of some kind of glowing liquid, the floors and walls clearly the interior of a tree of some sorts. Flowers and vines line the walls and some of the furniture, and there seems to be a thin layer of something sparkly in some spots of the room.]
Hmm... What would be the first thing one should bring to table when engaging in cultural exchange? What is normal to oneself finds difficult to elaborate the minutiae, especially whilst a point of comparison lacks! We can only gather so much from iconography and contextless posting, after all.
