i've had a REALLY bad pain in my neck for the past few days :( does any body have any tips on how to get it out?
ok ok ignore my username for a second serious answer!!! recupracoons are so so so good for your back beds are a low tech solution but if you have access to slime its the best way to keep your spine healthy!

I actually agree I switched to a recupracoon a few years ago and I swear by it Evil though this Jade may be she at least has good chiropractic advice
