Okay so humans refer to a lot of different things as "trolls", just like how we refer to anything person-shaped as "humanoid". We have mythical creatures also called trolls, and then there is the act of "trolling" others on the internet, which involves just generally being mean to others to get a reaction. This face is called a "troll face" because it's supposed to be an exaggerated depiction of the expression people would pull after successfully getting the reaction they wanted from someone they were "trolling".
