not really? i mean, not everyone's thing, yeah. but you asked for suggestions

okok..this is good.. thats a stick.. which is more than i could say for the lot of replies.......... have you ever tried cinnamon stick,s? :)

thi sis true .. ssorryr

hey, no no, it's fine, sorry if it came across as hars

I have! It's a bit too spicy for me, and they do tend to have higher concentrations of lead in them, so I usually save them for stirring in my coffee or tea rather than chewing entirely.

They what

Well, to be fair, it depends on which brand you get that may have higher concentrations of lead in them. It's easy for the bark to hold lead in it depending on where it's grown. This isn't the case for ALL cinnamon bark, but there's quite a few out there it can be a problem for. Coumarin is something to beware of if you consume too much cinnamon, as that can affect your liver. But you'd have to have a lot of cinnamon to really worry about it.

hh.ok.so. whati am hearing . is. "grow your own cinnammon plants" ......... ccuz i can't trst sllers

One can look up companies that have safe bark! Cinnamon does come from trees, so it could be a bit difficult to grow your own, ha ha!
