A man is pulled over by the police for a broken headlight. The policeman looks in the car and sees a collection of knifes on the back seat. The punchline is that, despite having a bad attitude towards them as though this is their fault, I don't understand driving licences nor the police, and am in fact a fool who is also admitting to more crimes, ie driving around unlicensed. If it was weak, I'll do a better one next.
