First, if you like this guy, argue with a wall. I'm right, you're wrong. Shut up. I don't think any single music artist has annoyed me nearly as much as Chonny Jash. This might be the worst shit ever concocted. Ever. No one could even ironically make some bullshit like this. In an effort to be original without making anything original, something both self-hating and self-aggrandizing has been re-birthed. And no one even seems to give a shit about the other mediocre original work. Cathode Raydream pales in comparison to the fame and popularity of The Mind Electric or The Bidding, and notice that these are not original songs. Chonny's Inferno. I'm Gonna Win and all the combination of versions he does in that fucking song. Remember when Bo Burnham went ahead and made Left Brain/Right Brain? Remember when he did Art Is Dead? Does anyone care about this, because I don't. I care about it in one way and one way only: why the fuck would you rip off the stage performer that sucks his own dick the most? Calling these covers, as if you haven't gutted the song like a fucking fish, and inserting yourself in the mix like a child learning about the magic of live-action movies for the first time, and passing it off like God's gift to earth. You know, Snoop Dogg made an effort. There's a lot to be said about Snoop Dogg, but he made it popular to do covers and he did them well and with flair and respect. Where is the respect here? Is there any, or are we just snatching whatever beat and rhyme we can and putting ourselves in there? Is that respectful? If I crucify myself and call myself Halsus, that's funny, but it's not deep. I'm a fucking scholar of this shit, I wrote the Bible for this shit, I lived that life. Chonny Jash thinks he's all that. Let's lower ourselves a little. Let's all be normal about the shit we do. God, I fucking hate that shit. If you want to complain about your mental health, write a diary. Keep a blog. Make poetry. Fuck, make an original song. I don't rip on his original music (it's bad, but in a different way that is a matter of "personal taste") because at least he's not ripping someone off to get there. It's so juvenile. It's fucking tactless. Chonny's Inferno removes the hint of subtlety from the original song, which wasn't that fucking complicated in the first place! Write something, anything, I am begging. Figure it the fuck out. A God-fearing Christian man gets sent to Hell, why? Why didn't you ask this question prior to inserting yourself into the plot of it? Have you even read Dante's Inferno? It's the most famous piece of Christian fanfiction to hit mainstream, and you can't parse through it? The media literacy crisis is running rampant. Open the schools. #BoilingShitInAKettle #hate #let-me-tell-you-about-hate #hateposting
