⛧gonna repeat some old facts. muscles make the meat too gamey. too tough. better for roasts and stews. the dark meat will be delicious. tattoos bitter the meat. better served with a nice flavor heavy sauce. the meat is meant to compliment the sweetness or sourness of the sauce, not be its own flavor. marinate that shit. too little fat makes it hard too fry. too much fat requires a lot of trimming. lean, not too athletic, not too marked up trolls have the best marbling. perfect for a steak lightly seared and served rare with some sort of steamed greens with melted butter. and remember. avoid the spinal collumn, the head, and the organs. no prions no problems ;.) #cannibalism #advice #detailed⛧
