I am doing relatively well. I am caring for Ormici. They are recovering well.

Good news. Ormici is beginning to respond to speech now. They are not quite at the point of speaking, but they are responding with small motions of understanding. Nodding and shaking their head, for the most part It is so relieving to be able to check in with them on how they are doing and be sure that I am offering the right care. This is an excellent sign. They are recovering well. I am proud of them.

Ormici's condition is improving at a steady rate. They still have not snapped out of their shock, but they seem to be responding a little more, and now and then a moment of lucidity seems to come over them. Not long enough to snap out of their disassociation completely, but certainly a very good start. They will be okay. Hopefully soon.
