i just paid 8 bucks for a coffee and it tastes like shit, like what even is the point
The truth is that they practically burn the coffee beans because they roast all the beans at the same temperature regardless of whether it's the best for those particular beans. They want you to taste the essence of coffee through all the syrups and sugars they typically put in there, and they surmise burning the hell out of it is the best bet. Smaller coffee shops and diners are your best bet for good coffee.
irritatin as hell, especially since the spout shit about the highest quality coffee, course they cut corners like all the corporate bastards out here #fuckthesystem
