Most humans who aren't touched by some kind of magical or other effect on them have red colored blood! We do not possess a hemospectrum like trolls do.

Mostly our differences come in our variety of skin tones and hair colors/textures! We also tend to all have different eye colors ranging from Blue, Green, Hazel, and Brown! Sometimes, unfortunately, people are discriminated against for having certain skin colors and there's a very fraught history with it that impacts society today. It's a shame, as the diversity and cultures associated with different ethnicities are wonderful!
