For what it's worth, Anon, I'm sorry you had to go through this. You must be hurting a lot. A lot of the fallout from that experience might be INDELIBLE, meaning it'll stay with you forever. But that doesn't mean you'll stay this way——it means you have some growing to do around the wound. Healing from something so traumatic has no clear-✂ BEGINNING OR END, nor is there a ✓ way of doing so. You'll find many pitfalls considering that the process is Different for Everyone (⒈). For you specifically I think you should work on YOURSELF before anything. It sounds like you might be facing some inner qualms that impede you from reaching out (in a public, NOT-ANONYMOUS WAY). Ensure you're in the → headspace. I like to do some mindful breathing and TLC (Tender ♥ing Care!) before anything. As for other people, it's suggested that you ★T SMALL. Wriggler steps. Perform tiny gestures, like checking ↑ with a person, asking how their night was. It doesn't have to be spontaneous if you can't muster the motivation just yet: try working out a small schedule. Your PUSHER WILL SOON DO THE REST. It won't be a tomorrow development, not even a NEXT CYCLE DEVELOPMENT. Some nights will definitely be easier than others. But if you keep making consistent efforts, I'm sure you will get somewhere. (YOU'RE DOING GREAT, BY THE WAY.)
