damn okay didnt know bookchittr was so picky about the details. the kite runner was some shit i read in school but honestly it was such an interesting read. its a fictional story based on the war in afghanistan in 1978 (iirc) and basically follows a trail of regrets and despair and it just feels like it hits you with misery and more misery until the very end but it has a good ending
