I've been told the levels of formality are 'black tie event' since it's open to the public. Hopefully if ya come this gala will be a bit more entertainin' than the last, ey?

Well technically speaking I'm a 'sponsor.' But lacking the financial backing of, say, the goddamn President or Empress, my office is doing promotion and security consultation instead. The MCPD will be picking up a bulk of the work though. They can survive, say, us having at least one dance to remember the night by.
